The Refinery’s Absence Form

Kingdom leadership is the fruit of discipleship, not position or influence. The Refinery exists to cultivate the woman who carries God’s assignment in the marketplace and ministry with integrity and discipline; therefore, consistent participation in The Refinery is mandatory for members of THE ASSIGNED. Members are required to attend a minimum of 8 out of 10 Refinery discipleship trainings for their membership status to remain active.

Any member who will be absent or was absent from a scheduled Refinery training must complete this Absence Form, including the reason for the absence. Replays are not automatically released and will be granted only after the form has been submitted and reviewed. Being absent without completing this form are classified as Unexcused. Two or more unexcused absences will result in a Formal Accountability Review and may lead to a Membership Alignment Review. Thank you.
