As a trainee, we work with you LIVE, in the room, to exchange the ways of the world God’s system for marketplace dominion, positioning you to fulfill your mandate for millions—in full partnership with God.

This is your foundation for Marketplace Dominion God’s Way.

The Assigned Experience is where Christian women entrepreneurs begin their journey into membership in The Assigned. Over four days, our trainers walk with you to expose and uproot every mindset, behavior, and belief system that conflicts with your Kingdom assignment. This is where pruning happens, identity is restored, and God’s blueprint replaces your hustle.

Each day takes you deeper into who you truly are, what you carry, and how you've been called to govern in the marketplace. Upon completion of The Assigned Experience, you will be inducted into The Assigned fully positioned to build, to steward, and to multiply what God has placed in your hands alongside your other sisters in Christ.

THE BREAKTHROUGH PHASE

Before you can become The Assigned, you must break agreement with everything God never said.
This night is about posture—not performance. Through worship and prophetic release, you’ll receive revelation—not about what you’re doing, but about who you are.

You will walk away from the Breakthrough Phase having:

  • Released what no longer belongs to your identity or your next

  • Received prophetic insight that anchors your direction and position in Christ

  • Positioned your soul to hear God clearly—and obey Him boldly

THE BIRTHRIGHT PHASE

This day focuses on your internal foundation and trade pressure for posture, strategy for authority, and fear for faith. You’ll be trained in Sonship, Citizenship, and Leadership—the keys that shift you from building with skill to governing from authority.

You will walk away from the Birthright knowing you: 

  • Rooted in your identity as a daughter—no longer defined by titles, outcomes, or public perception

  • Equipped to tap into your inheritance and possess what God promised—not just hope for it

  • Trained to lead yourself with trust—so rest becomes your strategy, not your last resort

  • Anchored in spiritual authority that aligns with your calling, not your capacity

THE BUILDING PHASE

This is where you stop circling promises and start constructing systems, stewarding resources, and walking out what Heaven already wrote. In this phase, you’ll be trained in Stewardship, and you’ll learn how to carry the wealth, the wisdom, and the weight of what you were born to multiply. This is your shift from being filled to being trusted with overflow.

You will leave the Building phase:

  • With a Kingdom-aligned stewardship strategy for money, time, influence, and obedience

  • Prepared to multiply resources for God’s agenda—not personal gain

  • Commissioned not just to build—but to carry Heaven’s assignment with clarity, order, and reverence

  • Your enrollment into The Assigned Experience does not include your hotel room. However, you will receive a booking link to reserve your room at the group rate.

  • How long does this event last?

    Ashlee knows that before you can dominate the marketplace, you’ve got to conquer what's keeping you from repossessing it. So, for 4 days, she and her team will be helping you conquer your self-limiting beliefs and positioning you to reclaim the impact and income God has for you.
