BREAK BARRIERS IN THE ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE.

The Assigned Experience, also known as “The Encounter,” is the required entry point for all newly enrolled trainees of The Assigned—designed to uproot what the world taught and reestablish you in truth. Over 4 days, you’ll be stripped of every belief, rhythm, and routine that has kept you from fulfilling your mandate for millions God’s way.

ALIGNMENT
Uproot false definitions of success, confront misaligned beliefs, and reestablish your identity according to who God says you are—not what the world has affirmed.

DELIVERANCE
Build spiritual and mental strength to carry out the responsibilities of God’s Business Woman with diligence and discipline daily. 

SISTERHOOD

Form covenant relationships with other high-level women on assignment—building community rooted in accountability, Kingdom values, and shared mission.

Your 4-day introduction to business as God’s Business Woman.

The Assigned Experience consists of four phases over four days, where you’ll uproot limiting beliefs, unlearn worldly standards, and train to do business as God’s Business Woman—fully aligned, fully obedient, and fully set apart. Once completed, your day-to-day will focus on mastering the five Kingdom Keys, fulfilling your mandate for millions, and stewarding your business in full partnership with God.

THE POSTURE PHASE

DAY 1

In this first phase, you’ll quiet the noise, release performance, and posture yourself to hear God clearly. Through worship and prophetic insight, your heart will be softened, your spirit will be awakened, and your soul will realign with Heaven’s agenda.

  • Receive prophetic instruction that disrupts distraction and doubt

  • Yield striving, perfectionism, and pressure in exchange for presence

THE POSITION PHASE

DAY 2

During this second phase, you’ll be reestablished in your identity—not as a hustler or high-achiever, but as a daughter and citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. You’ll unlearn cultural conditioning and worldly measurements so you can lead in the marketplace from a place of inheritance, not performance.

THE POWER PHASE

DAY 3

In the third phase, you’ll be trained in spiritual self-governance and emotional mastery. You’ll develop the habits, rhythms, and internal leadership required to sustain the weight of your calling without burnout or self-sabotage.

DAY 3 and 4

In this final phase, you’ll be equipped to steward and multiply what God has placed in your hands. You’ll learn how to manage Kingdom resources—financial, relational, and spiritual with excellence, alignment, and impact.

Day 1: POSTURE AND PROPHECY

The moment you enter the room, the shift begins. We open with live worship and prophetic release—not to stir emotion, but to quiet the noise and bring your soul into full alignment with Heaven. This night sets the tone. You’ll leave clear, softened, and ready to receive.

Day 2: SONSHIP AND CITIZENSHIP

On Day 2, you’ll be reestablished in identity and inheritance. Through the Kingdom Keys of Sonship and Citizenship, you’ll unlearn the world’s definitions of success and worth—and take your rightful position as a daughter of God and legal heir to Kingdom authority. This is the day you stop circling promises and start owning them.

Day 3: LEADERSHIP AND PARTNERSHIP

This is the day of internal governance and relational alignment. You’ll be trained to lead yourself with trust, rest, and emotional discipline—and equipped to discern and activate the seven types of partnerships essential to your mandate. No more carrying the weight alone. No more building out of order. It’s time to multiply through alignment.

Day 4: STEWARDSHIP AND INDUCTION

On our final day, we shift into systems, strategy, and sustainability. You’ll be trained in how to steward wealth, time, and influence with reverence—not pressure. This is where abundance becomes manageable, and your mandate becomes executable. We close in celebration and then induct you into our organization as an official member of THE ASSIGNED.

  • Your enrollment into The Assigned Experience does not include your hotel room. However, you will receive a booking link to reserve your room at the group rate.

  • How long does this event last?

    Ashlee knows that before you can dominate the marketplace, you’ve got to conquer what's keeping you from repossessing it. So, for 4 days, she and her team will be helping you conquer your self-limiting beliefs and positioning you to reclaim the impact and income God has for you.
